I Will Be Here

It's been almost seven years since this song was sung at our wedding ceremony. I heard it again this morning, and I was reminded of how true this song has been in our marriage. Through the good, bad, happy, and sad times, Jordan has always been here for me.

I love him so much, and am so thankful that God brought us together so long ago!

Claire is walking!

I don't actually have a video or even a picture to commemorate this new milestone of Claire's, but those will come at some point.

Last week Claire decided it was time to take off on her two feet instead of all fours. She is improving every day with her new skill. And I even bought her two new pairs of shoes to celebrate!

The boys think it's so cool that their baby sister is now a walker. Each of them will come get me if they find her walking. It's been fun!

The Miller Family Storybooks. I have been looking at these storybooks for some time now, but when a lady at Bible Study shared about reading them to her children, I just knew I had to have them.

The series includes five different books:
1) Prudence with the Millers
2) Storytime with the Millers
3) Wisdom with the Millers
4) School Days with the Millers
5) Missionary Stories with the Millers

All five books are character building books written by an Amish woman. They are stories that children can relate to, and they do a great job of teaching a moral lesson in each book.

I am always on the hunt for new books to read aloud to the children. Jack will also enjoy reading these to himself! Yes, Jack is reading (in the beginning stages, but reading no less).

I will let you know how we like them!

Happy Birthday to Luke!

Three years ago today, I was in Boston at Brigham and Womens Hospital, in labor with our second child. We were so excited to meet little Luke at 6:33pm - he was perfect. I held him. Jordan held him. Jack came in a little later and held him. We were all so thrilled!

Luke is such a blessing to our family! We love him so much.

Happy Birthday, AudreyKate!

Our niece, AudreyKate Anne Castleberry, was born today at 4:26 pm. She weighed 6 pounds 12 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long. She is a beautiful little girl!
