Jack and Jordan made me cookies for my birthday this week. Jack enjoyed this process very much!

Anatomy 101

The shot heard 'round the world

Jack joined the military this week. Well, not really, but he is getting ready for Patriot's day by donning some Colonial Militia gear.

Jeremy and Chesed were in town over the weekend, and one of the things we went to see was Lexington Battle Green, which is were the first shots of the Revolutionary War were fired in 1775 (which actually predates the Declaration).

Jack also enjoyed visiting the USS Constitution, which is docked in Boston Harbor.

Aunt Sanna-shaw

Jack hasn't quite mastered how to say "GraceAnna" but his best attempt is "Sanna-shaw." We're not sure if this is her Native American name or not, but he frequently brings us the phone and says "Sanna-shaw," wanting us to call her.

Jack's friends came over last week. They had such a good time playing together!

Christmastime

It is still very cold in Boston and we are getting lots of snow . . . Jack loves playing in it though, and is a big fan of eating it.

We went to NY on Christmas eve and had a great time. This guy on the street drew a picture of Jack, which Jack thought was fascinating!
