It looks like I haven't updated my blog since October, yikes! So much has happened since then...Jack is almost three (in May), Luke will be one in March, and I have been busy taking care of boys and being a wife to Jordan.
God has been good to our family over this past year. This time last year, I was pregnant with Luke, busy with an almost two year old, and busily looking for a home in Atlanta. This time last year, Jordan was in his final semester of business school, anxiously waiting for graduation and the start of his job. This time last year we were sitting in our Boston apartment looking out at all the snow that had fallen throughout the winter. This time last year, I was so anxious to see where we would be in a year and how we would fit in to our life in Atlanta. There was so much going on this time last year. But now, one year later, things have slowed down and have gotten "normal" - whatever that is.
I love living in Atlanta. I love the weather. I love the people. I love our church. I love our house. I love that Jordan is doing great at work and loves his job. I love that our boys are growing up in the south, where good values and good people are prevalent -- not so much in the northeast:-) ha ha
I am so content with where God has our family. I feel so grateful for the many blessing He has given us. He is still, and will always be, the great God that the Bible promises us. As 2 Timothy 2:13 says, "If we are faithless, He remains faithful, for He cannot deny Himself." It's so good to know that no matter where we go, or what we do, God is always constant. He is never failing.
I am being reminded continually of this truth as I look back on the last four and a half years of marriage with Jordan. God has taken us to four different cities, business school, two great children, and two jobs for Jordan, but He has never changed! Isn't that awesome?!?
As far as the boys are concerned, they are both fantastic. Jack is growing so much. He is so tall now. In fact, most people think he is 3 or 4, which I think he also thinks at times:-) Jack is so funny, very caring and kind, especially to Luke. He is talking so much these days. He still loves books, and his latest craze are his white, running shoes:-) Since Jordan and I run, he had to get a pair of sneakers so that he could run with us. Love it!
Luke is such a content baby - well, almost one year old! He smiles a lot, and he loves to sleep! He is so aware of everything around him. He loves to watch Jack, and he also has a love for reading. He has about six books that he loves to have read to him. He loves when we make animal noises, and point out his facial features. He is still army crawling, but he is also pulling up on everything and takes steps around furniture. He has not stood or taken steps on his own yet, but he is quickly moving in that direction. Luke is a pleasure to have!
Now that I written a short novel, I guess I will be good for another five months:-)

Your boys are adorable! I'm so glad that you guys are happy and enjoying life! We miss you here in Oklahoma!
Awww...so great to read your blog! I just read Psalm 90 this morning which reminds me of what you shared about the steadfastness of God.
Looks like Jack is really going to town in the kitchen. What scrumptious dish did he make??:)
